If you have not received an email containing order tracking information, then odds are your order has not been fulfilled yet.
Due to the high volume of orders coming in, we require anywhere from 5-7 business days to process orders. An order confirmation email does not mean your order has been fulfilled. Instead, it means your order has been received and confirmed. In addition to an order confirmation email, you will receive another email notifying you of the fulfillment and dispatch of your order.
